Any dispute or complaint must be reported to the support team within 7 days of the incident. Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted. ku977's decision will be considered final.

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the payment method registered in the user's name, unless forfeiture is required due to a violation of the terms.

Relevant international law will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. Any dispute between ku977 and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
